How to Block a Panda [4 Step Guide]

  1. Select “My Requests”
  2. Tap a Completed Request
  3. Tap Panda Name
  4. Tap the “…” and select “Block”

We try our best to train Pandas to provide the best service possible for our Members. That said, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out between individual Pandas and Members.

We value the privacy and preferences of our members, and that’s why members have the ability to “Block” a Panda.

Once you Block a Panda, that person will no longer receive notifications about your future requests and will be unable to accept your future requests.

Here are the steps you need to take to Block a Panda:

1. Select “My Requests”

The first step is to open the left side menu. Once the menu is open, tap “My Requests.”

2. Tap a Completed Request

Next, you’ll be taken to a screen that shows your Active and Completed Requests. Tap on the Completed Request with the name of the person that you want to block.

3. Tap Panda Name

Once you’re viewing the details on a Completed Request, tap on the person’s name that you want to block. This will take you to their profile page.

4. Tap the “…” and select “Block”

Once you’re on the Panda profile page, tap the three dots (“…”) in the upper right corner of the screen. This will open a new menu below where you have the option to “Block.”

Simply tap that option and that person will no longer be able to receive notifications about your requests. They’ll also be unable to accept or complete any of your requests in the future.

If you ever have any questions or concerns about a Panda, we hope that you’ll reach out to us prior to blocking the Panda. You can do so by sending an email to membersupport@mypandaapp.com.
